12 dybfrosne kyllingel\u00e5r (underl\u00e5r)
\n2 str\u00f8gne spsk mel
\n6 spsk olivenolie (eller anden olie)
\n2 finthakkede l\u00f8g
\nca. 1 dl hvidvin
\n2 spsk karry (efter smag)
\nFriskmalet sort peber
\n2 spsk hakket Mangochutney
\n2 spsk hakket persille
\n2\u00bd dl m\u00e6lk<\/p>\n

\nFremgangsm\u00e5de<\/h4>\n

Kyllingel\u00e5rene t\u00f8s op, t\u00f8rres i k\u00f8kkenrulle og vendes i mel.<\/p>\n

Varm olien til den begynder at ryge, kom karry i og “br\u00e6nd den af”, derefter finthakkede l\u00f8g, der koges med uden at blive spr\u00f8de og til sidst h\u00e6ldes hvidvinen over.<\/p>\n

Lad det hele sm\u00e5koge ved meget svag varme 3-4 minutter og tag s\u00e5 gryden af ilden.<\/p>\n

Nu r\u00f8res chutneyen og persillen i, saucen k\u00f8les en smule af, hvorefter kyllingel\u00e5rene l\u00e6gges i, og det hele stilles k\u00f8ligt i 8-10 timer.<\/p>\n

Kyllingel\u00e5rene tages op, den overfl\u00f8dige sauce stryges af og tilbage i saucen, og de steges nu p\u00e5 olieret grillpande 15-20 minutter. De skal vendes ofte.<\/p>\n

Imens blandes saucen med m\u00e6lken, helst i blender, men h\u00e5ndmixer eller almindeligt piskeris kan ogs\u00e5 bruges.<\/p>\n
